forgot to screw on oil cap after replacing oil in 1994 toyota celica, drove car a couple of days approximately 20 miles and now heater and defroster don't work. Opened hood and it looks like oil spilled in engine. Will a new fuse fix problem?

who knows???? first replace the cap and get the motor cleaned.

check fuses with a test light to see if that is the issue.
