Both air bags deployed, what all do I need to replace to make my car run again

It will depend on where it was hit how hard and what else is damaged, for starters you will require a dash pad and steering wheel with SRS intact, possibly new modules, and decelerometers, you may be able to buy this as a full kit but the price may not be worth the cars value.
