Auto transmission noise

1. How can I solve the problem of noise when the crankshaft's RPM goes between 2000 and 2200.
Engine straggles to pull the car when crank shaft spines between 2000 and 2200 rpm.
My car is Toyota camry 1994, 2.2l engine.

Check the automatic transmission fluid. Add only a pint if needed and check again. It sounds like it may be the problem but you do Not Over Fill it.
