What is the worst OBD2 you ever used?

My car have the check engine light on, although I try so many times, got the “no codes” from obd2, god, latter I found that my car is 1994 toyota

As far as I know that should have toyotas verison of obd1.

You pull the code/s from the check connector/DLC by jumping terminal Te-1 to E-1 then count the flashes

Cheap generic scanners often don't work, you should be able to flash code this model.
