I have a 94' sidkick 4x4, it won't start. it turns over but wont run....now this is what i have done so far.....new battery, new battery cables, new spark plugs, new cap+rotor and plug wires, new fuel filter, and i checked the compression, i then sprayed starter fluid in the air intake and sounded like it wanted to start but then exploded into the air filter nearly catching it on fire....i am lost don't kno

Check the timing to make sure it hasn't jumped. Also, check to make sure the fuel pump is producing enough pressure for it to run.
