1994 Subaru Impreza Having Trouble Getting Car Start Will Back Fire Into

I am having trouble getting my car to start it will back fire into the throttle body, we checked the spark plugs for fire, we checked the fuel source, and we checke for air flow, and we cant figure it out maybe you can help with more reasons for the problem.

IT could be a couple things... ignition timing, a burnt valve... Check compression to see if there is a low cylinder.
