How tight does the idler pulley bolt need to be?

How tight does the idler pulley bolt need to be?

55-65 ft lbs not really that tight

Actually the idler pulley is only torqued to 33 ft lbs.If you make it too tight i have see the shaft it mounts on break of the front timing cover.
