I need to know what the pistons position is supposed to be when the first piston is in top dead position? Thanks

Don't worry about the rest-All you have to do is put engine no.1 piston on its compression stroke/TDC and then align the camshaft and crankshaft markings as indicated in the repair manual

Just to add to this one that engine is super easy to time the crank gear timing mark is at the 12 oclock position lined up with the mark on the block. The cam gear there is a dowl hole that should be ligned up with the head hole when the crank sprocket is ligned up.
