1994 Saturn Sedan Put New Brake Boot Master Cylinder New Fron Line Bleed Line

I put new brake boot,master cylinder,new fron line and i bleed the line. when the car is running the paddle still going to the foor i replace the idle air control valve.I check the air hose. WHAT ELSE COLD IT BE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
