1994 Saturn Sc1 Having Trouble Figuring Out Car Won T Hold Charge Ve Checked

having trouble figuring it out. The car won't hold a charge. I've checked the alternator and battery. both are good. And then for some reason the computer is making this clicking sound. are these problems due too the computer goin bad? I don't get on here often so could somebody e-mail me an answer?
