my hood latch is broken

I pull a wire on top of the latch already..Which wire do I pull to open the hood on a 94 pontiac grand am?..latch is broken..show pic of wire on the car please

I dont have a pic of a 1994 grand am to show you but will still try to help you.So the inside hood release cable broke inside correct?Is there any inner part of the inside exposed?If there is get a pair of vise grip pliers and lock them on the inner cable and pull it to release the hood.If there isnt inner cable exposed get a sharp pair of dykes/side cutters and carefully cut away the outter cable to expose the inner cable.That is going to be your easiest way to open the hood to replace the cable.
