how do you check the blinker switch? and that fuze when taken out all the lights inside the car still work and the side of the lights work

There are a number of fuses that can be removed and all of the interior and exterior lights will still work.
Testing the blinker switch depends on which one you mean. The emergency blinkers? Turn signal. Or the unit that causes the lights to blink?
