I am leaking fuel out of my schrader valve on my 94 firebird LT1. I just put a new pump in and thats when I noticed it. Can someone please tell me how to replace the schrader valve on these? And do I need to rent a tool to do it? The more inofrmation the better. Thank you

I have never changed one myself but if its replacable it will unscrew. You will just need a valve core tool to unscrew it.

Sometimes the valve gets damaged removing it, its possible that the fuel rail may have to be. Swapped out these are relatively inexpensive and not hard to replace

Thank you. I have done a little more research and have found that you can remove the core, and not the whole valve. Do you guys know what size of core it would be? And where I could find these at?
