my cars ABS inop light and the airbag lights are on, the ABS relay under the hood is ticking, and when it rains all the lights on my dash start violently flashing. i have a check engine light on and when i try to check it it dosnt do anything

it sounds like a ground issue.

check all connections starting with the battery and all ground straps on the motor
