Fluid leaking from the left hand side of the vehicle by the tire

It sould like a blown brake hose or steel line. The light is on because you are low on fluid. Confirm where leak is coming from and make proper repairs and refill system. You will need to bleed the system too.

Sounds like the brake caliper is leaking or the brake hose -inspect
