driver side passenger door window will not close?

My back driver side passenger door window will not close and the other window still work. is it the motor for the window that need to be replace?

My car has electric windows, the rear driver side passenger window stopped working this morning. All the other windows are working fine. Is it a motor problem? Or worse?
