Need to know if I have to reprogram computer after rebuilding transmission.

I am rebuilding my Transmission from a 1994 Plymouth Grand Voyager V6, 3.0L. It is a four speed transmission. Do I need to reprogram the computer after rebuilding it or just replace rebuilt transmission and drive? Thanks in advance.

no programming should be needed.
