have a 1994 grand voyager 4 wheel drive van that has developed considerable front end shaking whenever I apply the brakes at speeds above 35 mph.It runs smooth traveling at these speeds but starts shaking when I apply the brakes.

Front brake rotor are warped, if you replace the front brake rotor you might as well invest in a new set of brake pads.

Have the rotors resurfaced or replaced. That should take care of the problem.
