heater does not work in 1994 colt

heater would work for while and then quit, if you hit a bump it would start again (possible loose wire) I have one ground wire that does not seem to attach to anything, not sure where this should go?

Check to see if there is power to the blower motor. If there is, then check for a ground issue. Also, check the fan motor itself.
