I replace the headgaset, it start up and now it just back fire and won't start at all

make sure you timing marks are correct for the cam and crank. the distributor has a gear to be timed as well.

I agree. check the timing belt tensioner. these things have to be held inplace using an allen wrench and sometimes they aren't tight enough and will slip once the engine is ran for a while. recheck timing on cam and crank sprockets with the number one piston at TDC.
