1994 Plymouth Acclaim Removing Instrument Cluster Bezel Solve

need help removing instrument cluster bezel to solve problem with headlamp switch. The bottom un-clips fine, but the top edge has no apparent screws. Are there clips that need to be released with a spatula shaped tool, or does it just pull straight out like the bottom edge?

If there are no screws, it must be cliped in place
