opel kadet 1994 model car overheat although fan goes on.

we just did the top replaced top,oil pump was replace gasket was replace,basicaly everything was replace on the top.

Did you check the coolant level and was system bled of air?
Did you check the radiator fod clogging?
Was thermostat and water pump checked/replaced?
