oil dip stick

my dip stick borke off in the tube and i cant get it out. What can i try? And no needle nose wont get it.

Not sure about these tubes, but if it is as most cars it is just press fitted into the block and it should pull out, you may damage it doing so, but a new tube should be fairly cheap, look at this option.
