what tools are needed to change fuel filter

I looked your filter up in a partsbook. Looks like a threaded fitting on one end, I can't be positive about hex size, possibly 16 and 20mm wrench. Quick connect fitting on the other end. Push line toward filter, squeeze tabs, pull line back. The autostore may have a cheap disconnect tool for the tab. Some systems, I've used needle-nose pliers to squeeze the tabs. Make sure there is no pressure on system before taking any fuel lines loose.
