I am attaching the info below on how to do this. However, if you can't open it then you will need to drill it out and then get it open to replace it.
Here is a guide that will help with drilling out a lock. This is specifically for drilling out a bolt, but it has good info in it.

Once you have it open there is a c clip that holds the lock cylinder, and you simply pop that out and it will come out the front.
