1994 Nissan March failed car test (nct)

hi ive failed my car test on my nissan march (micra on logbook) on emissions from high idle at CO 0.076% volume and the maximum is 0.30%, im suggesting its the cat converter but not too sure ?

Are there any trouble codes and is the Malfunction Indicator showing?

It sounds like to me you have a fuel pressure regulator that is leaking, I would remove the vacuum line from it and if there is fuel present the regulator is bad and needs to be replaced. Here is the location so you can check it out. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
