94 altima idles but no accelleration

i have a 94 altima that starts, idles, but will not accellerate. ive replaced distributor, distributor cap, rotor cap,coil, plugs, wires, o2 sensor, fuel filter. have tested compression test on block ok,pressure test on fuel 40+ pounds,fuel rail and injectors ok after #3 injector replaced. Help where do i go from here? engine is KA24DE

Could be caused by one of the following below

Oxygen sensor.
Catalytic converter.
Fuel injectors dirty/sticking.
Mass airflow sensor/Airflow meter.
Throttle position sensor.
Crankshaft position sensor
Knock sensor
Manifold absolute pressure sensor.
EGR Valve
Fuel pressure regulator leaking or defective fuel pump.
Fuel contamination.
Foul/defective spark plugs.
Open spark plug wires.
Ignition coil/Coil packs defective.
Incorrect ignition timing.
Cap and rotor.

Note:If it doesn't apply disregard it and keep testing.
