1994 Nissan Altima 2 4 Liter Engine That Firing Replaced Ignition Coil Still

I have a 2.4 liter engine that is not firing. Replaced ignition coil, still no fire. Could the ignition pick up coil bebad, and can you ohm test it to see if it is bad. Or what else could be causing this no fire condition.
