1994 Mitsubishi Pajero 94 Diesel Cylinder Charging Problems Replaced Battery

I have a 94 Pajero diesel cylinder with charging problems.... I have replaced the battery the alternator seems to be charging as it will run all the lights with the battery disconnected. i had a light around the key switch that was stayng on all the time i disconnected it . still discharging the batterry sometimes not all the time. Any suggestions?

You need to check for parasitic drain.
