1994 Mitsubishi Mirage Father Inlaw Did Head Gasket Replaced Altanator Now

my father inlaw did the head gasket and replaced the altanator. now when i start it i have to let it run for a bit before i drive away the engine reacts as if it needed a motor mount only in drive or reverse it idles fine when in park or neutral.I think the timming is of but not shure. I also am loosing 1qrt of oil every 150 miles if the oil is coming out by my pullys does that mean my front main is shot,94 Mitsubishi mirage 1.8 4

possibly. insert a dye and use a ultraviolet light to pinpoint the leak.
