my truck at highwayspeed seems to have a high rpm i can only get it up to 65 mph. in the mornings cold ones i have white smoke out the tail pipe for just a few minutes once the truck warms up it quites smoking and i also have a code 40 does anyone know what this is?

u will need to do a compression and leak down test.
