1994 Mitsubishi 3000gt Gearbox Forward Nuetral Doesnt Move Anywhere

i have a problem with my gearbox. it goes forward in nuetral and doesnt move anywhere in reverse? so what would the problem be? nothing major i hope?

Unfortunately it is probably an internal problem with the reverse synchro and/or gear. It is probably damaged or the bushings have allowed it to move out of its position keeping it from engaging. Make sure to take it to a transmission shop and not a regular repair shop as transmissions require special tools and skills to fix.
