I have a 1994 Mitsubishi Galant LS, and when I take the negative battery terminal off the car stops running, and I already replaced the battery and the alternator. What else could it be?

First off, don't ever do that unless you want to by every computer in the car. You need to test the charging voltage across the battery with the engine idling and no accessories on

I tested the alternator and it outputs 15amps on idle.

You take a digital voltmeter and you measure the voltage across the battery between positive and negative. It has to read between 13.5 and 14.8 volts
