How to change hydraulic tensioner,

I need to change hydraulic tensioner in the 3000gt and needed a help and guide to do so..please advise me how to make this change.. expert said its bad and giving a little play to the timing belt and timing belt is hitting the plastic cover. thank you

There are not instructions for removal other than to lossen the bolt to releive tension. To remove it the rest of the way, the center bolt more than likely just needs to be removed and the tensioner removed.
There are instructions for preloading the tensioner to install it and that is probably what you wer given advice for as to getting instructions as how to pre-load it and use a pin to hold it in place until it is intalled and let take the pin out to allow it to move.
I provided the instructions I have from a service manual and a diagram of how to manipulate the tensioner.
