I have a question i just changed my tie rods inner and outer both sides. i do not think my alignment is correct cause when i turn it sounds like it rubbing or vibrating, also when i hit a bump it seems as if the steering wants to jump back and forth how do i fix this. im guessing i have to move the tire rods in or out. wat is the proper angle for the tires? if this is in fact the issue...

get a shop to do an alignment. you cannot do it by sight or tape measure.
