94 Sable tranny problem

94 sable 3.0 automatic. Just started bouncing off the rev limiter at 4k in gear. Wont shift out of 2nd and doesnt want to come out of first til it warms up.

Check the Fluid Level and Condition.

Check Shift Linkages for proper adjustment

Perform On-Board Diagnostic Procedures (KOEO, KOER).
Record all Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs).
