Directional and flasher worked on occasion. now stopped completely not fuse. USED to come back when washer stick pushed now not working .Does steering wheel have to be removed to fix?

first get the turn signal switch and plug it in to see if it works.you will have to remove the steering wheel and clip on the locking plate.then you can replaced the turn signal switch.
