Where do I add transmission fluid?

I have a 1994 Mazda Protege LX, automatic, and I think I need to add a little bit of transmission fluid. My question is, do I pour it in the dipstick pipe? It isn't low, but it isn't full either.

Yes, topping up is via the dipstick.
