other causes for high readings

fail smog after replacing most emissions parts then the shop say it's cat now they say i need new engine high h/c and c/o they claim i'm burning oil internally allow i am not showing symptom other than cold start smoke please advise my car run wonderful and has lots of pep

They could be correct. It could be fuel or oil and you wouldn't necessarily see symptoms.
