You need to remove the steering wheel to access the tumbler. If you have an air bag (94 I can't remember) I recommend having it done by a certified mechanic. The air bag could deploy if you don't know what you are doing. If no air bag, remove the steering wheel to gain acces to the tumbler assembly. There will be a rod attached to it that runs to the switch. Remove it, remove the hold down and the switch will come out.
