1994 Mazda 626 Depress Clutch Way Floor Car Hard Start Under There Little Box

when i depress the clutch all the way to the floor, the car is hard to start. I look under the clutch and there is a little box with a button. when i push it in, the car starts right up. What do i need to do to fix this problem? The clutch can't be depressed any further.

you need to see why the clutch isn't hitting that button to startthe car. has a rubber piece fallen off that hitts the button?
