Hi! my car is equipped with anti-lock brakes and the indicator on the dash chimes and flashes constantly, also I get a rise from the brake peddle sporadically...please help! your info./advice will be greatly appreciated. thanks!

Fault with the ABS motor i feel, get a scan done and see what the exact fault codes are.

check the ring tones on the front rotors. sometimes they will rust of get bent somehow and can cause the abs light to come on or even flash.
You can inspect the by looking under there with a flashlight or if you're so inclined remove the front wheels and take a look.
