my heater is not getting hot. I checked the heater hoses going into the heater core, one is hot ,the other one is not. so I think the heater control valve is not working ,but I canot find it,anywhere. where is this thing located???????????

there is no control valve. the heater core is clogged and be flushed or replaced.
