I had a new fuel pump put on then the car wou not go forward puthe mechanic put in 3 bottles of transmission fluid, my car drove good the next day it will nor back up when in reverse.what could be the issue

see if it needs more trans fluid. it may have a leak.

otherwise, it has failed internally and must be removed and inspected
