My windshield wipers do not work

My windshield wipers do not work and it seems nobody knows what is wrong. Replaced fuse, and wiper motor not the problem what else can you suggest? It is executive model and it is V6. thank you very much if you can.

Wiper control module or multifunction switch.

How do you know the wiper motor is okay if it does not run?

Start at the wiper motor by testing for voltage on the dark green wire when the ignition switch is on. If you find twelve volts there, check that wire at the control module. It is behind the dash panel to the left of the steering column.

Six cylinder two wheel drive automatic

I put a new wiper motor in and have electric to all the fuse panel far as I can tell but not power at the wiper motor.
Am I missing some thing like a wire connection? all that came with the motor was just it no other wires or plugs.
