1994 Lexus Ls 400 T Get Hood Open Pull Lever Open Inside Car Nothing Happens

Can't get the hood open. When I pull the lever to open the hood from inside the car, nothing happens.

Seems the cable is broken or is dislodged. Opening the hood with a broken cable is not going to be easy. If you feel resistance while pulling, get someone to pull on the cable while you gently gently press on the hood and then lift it up.

Check the cable at lever and ensure it is not dislodged.
