How difficult is it to remove the dashboard and replace it

Not really difficult if you know what to look for to remove. The only part you need to be very careful is the steering wheel. Once rempoved, do not attempt to turn the steering and reinstall exactly how it came off. Failure to do so can result in damages to the SRS cable reel.
