My car's power steering is not working normally; i had the pump changed about 6 months ago, but still slightly stiff.Recently i had the belt changed, it improved for 2 days & went back to before. Whats wrong & what should i do?

Again, the a/c fan is not blowing fully, it does not cool well during the day, except early morning or at night. What could be wrong?

Finally, how far should 10 litres of petrol travel if your average speed is 70km/h on a 6 cylinder car like mine?

Check the power steering belt tension and readjust if necessary.

You need to check the A/C system pressures to understand what could be wrong.

Fuel consumption depends on driver, vehicle and road conditions apart from the manufacturers claimed mileage. Most cars under the condition you described should be getting between 100 to 160 km.
