Battery runs hot at 19. A refurbished computer was installed and after about a week it did it again. He replaced with a brand new computer and alternator and battery. After a week it has done it again.

I believe the regulator is built into the computer (PCM). Check to make sure all grounds to the computer are good. Don't run the vehicle with it doing that. You will end up burning other electrical items up and it could cause a fire.

The alternator is putting out too much power. It needs to be regulated. The regulator isn't doing its job.
