1994 Jeep Wrangler Starting Knocking Today Apperent Reason Only 3rd Gear

My jeep starting knocking today for no apperent reason, but only when it was in 3rd gear. I checked the oil and it looked okay, but I need to fix this problem. Hopefully it is nothing big and I can do it myself....
